  • It must be returned within  15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at suport@titlebelt.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided.
  4. We will process your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the item.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
  • If an item is returned damaged or in use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange within 7 Days
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or payment provider.
