All in all, this championship belt turned out to be a fantastic purchase, especially for the price point. The plates look stunning with excellent detail, and the weight gives it that authentic, premium feel. One of the standout surprises was the leather strap—it’s darker and much closer to the classic Ric Flair version than I expected, which gives it a truly nostalgic vibe.
The two-tone finish really shines under natural lighting and adds a sharp contrast that makes the design pop. Even the snaps on the strap are rugged and era-appropriate, giving it a vintage touch that collectors will appreciate.
While there are a few areas where things could be elevated further, they don’t take away from the overall appeal. For example, the plates are impressively detailed—just imagine how next-level they’d look with a bit more thickness! A detachable nameplate would have added that cherry on top, similar to Flair’s version, and stackable plates would’ve been a nice touch (though it’s understandable they come at an extra cost).
Some minor things like the screw type and plate placement could use a tweak, but none of these are deal-breakers—just small details that could enhance an already strong product. In fact, the strap is thick enough that you can see potential for even cleaner integration in future editions. One spot near the faceplate could use a tiny trim adjustment, but that’s just being nitpicky.
The back of the strap shows some indentations, but that’s a small trade-off for real leather—something you don’t always see at this price level.
